Why is Action marketing free bets 24/7 while the TN sports betting license is suspended?
Action 24/7 cannot accept bets as long as the license is suspended indefinitely. However, this does not prevent the competitive operator from distributing free ones.

The TN sports betting operator was suspended last week over multiple incidents of suspected credit card fraud and money laundering. The company has lawsuit against that Tennessee Education Lottery Monday for the immediate reinstatement of his suspended license.
The license case for TN sports betting will be negotiated on Wednesday at 2 p.m.
The representative from TEL and Action 24/7 did not respond to requests for comments on Tuesday evening.
Process 24/7 withdrawals promotion?
Both the Action 24/7 website and the iOS app state that the company will process withdrawals on Tuesday and Wednesday. The email sent on Tuesday made no mention of the withdrawal platform being active.
In light of its lawsuit, Action 24/7 is hoping to do a lot more than it did this Wednesday. Sports betting in Tennessee is suffering from the “catastrophic effects” of the suspension, according to the lawsuit:

Action 24/7 went offline last Thursday right after the first four games started March madness. That was after TEL Chairwoman Susan Lanigan suspended his license immediately afterwards 23 Self-reported incidents of fraudulent activity.

Brianne Doura-Schawohl, VP of US Policy and Strategic Development for EPIC risk management, supported the legislation in its brief hearing on the Senate committee.
Doura-Schawohl said up to 14% of adults in the state are at risk of developing an addiction.
Since gambling is meant to be entertainment, it should only be done with disposable income, she said. So the suggestion to play with borrowed funds is synonymous with credit betting:
“Playing with cash that is loaned out at an extremely high rate of interest, with the money that is otherwise intended to meet basic needs, is no better or safer. Any suggestion that gambling is a way to pay back a loan, make money, or solve financial problems is predatory. “
